Programmes

The applied science training takes four years. In the third and fourth years you will do work experience for an average of one year and/or you will complete a thesis project. Some of the courses may be abridged if you have had a pre-university or similar education: in that case you may be exempted for a maximum of 1.5 years. The programms with a star behind the name are given in English.

When you graduate you will have gained the international title of Bachelor of Applied Science (B.AS) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng). With your Bachelor diploma you can move on to a Masters at a university. Would you like to find out more about the admission requirements? Click here >>

STUDY FOR SLEUTH

As a forensic researcher you will be involved mainly in tracing evidence which is often linked to the scene of the crime.

You take charge of the crime scene and report the findings. The forensic researcher is often the link between two parties - for example between the tactical detective force and the scientific investigators.

You have mastered the newest investigative techniques, such as DNA research, physical investigation and investigation into the chemical profiling and comparison of various substances.

* A numerus clausus applies to the Forensic Science course. The draw will take place in May.
