Programmes

The applied science training takes four years. In the third and fourth years you will do work experience for an average of one year and/or you will complete a thesis project. Some of the courses may be abridged if you have had a pre-university or similar education: in that case you may be exempted for a maximum of 1.5 years. The programms with a star behind the name are given in English.

When you graduate you will have gained the international title of Bachelor of Applied Science (B.AS) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng). With your Bachelor diploma you can move on to a Masters at a university. Would you like to find out more about the admission requirements? Click here >>

WHAT MAKES LIGHT PRODUCTS LIGHT?

Who thinks up the new flavours for crisps? Why does strawberry custard taste of strawberries? The food technician can provide answers to this type of question and influence our daily nutrition.

You will gain insight into all the aspects of the development of food; from production up to and including delivery. For example you could start work as a product developer or a quality manager in the business world or at a research institute.
