If you have studied Biology and Medical Laboratoryresearch (B&M), you will be doing your research in hospitals, industry or university laboratories. You will be looking for new medicines or helping to find the cause of such illnesses as cancer.
Other B&M graduates are looking for new types of nutrition, such as bananas with built-in vaccinations against malaria, or they are involved in finding offenders by means of DNA profiles in forensic research.
* This course can also be followed in English at the Arnhem and Nijmegen Polytechnic Colleges.
