Programmes

The applied science training takes four years. In the third and fourth years you will do work experience for an average of one year and/or you will complete a thesis project. Some of the courses may be abridged if you have had a pre-university or similar education: in that case you may be exempted for a maximum of 1.5 years. The programms with a star behind the name are given in English.

When you graduate you will have gained the international title of Bachelor of Applied Science (B.AS) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng). With your Bachelor diploma you can move on to a Masters at a university. Would you like to find out more about the admission requirements? Click here >>

WORKING ON INNOVATIONS

From the very first day of the Applied Science training you will be learning to think of clever solutions, helped by natural sciences, to problems in businesses and institutes.

Consider here the improvements to sport performances by means of balanced nutrition and advanced materials or the use of carbon fibre in cars, the development of skin-friendly cosmetics or plasters with a clever medicine dosing system.

As Applied Scientist you will be contributing to the promotion of health and functionality of the population.
